If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Your purchased product comes with an empty container or 60 day money back guarantee, whichever comes first. You do have the option to try another product and if the product chosen is of greater value, we do require you to pay the difference, if of less value you will get the difference returned back to you.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You send a picture to info@reincbd.com of your empty container and the reason why you weren’t satisfied.
  • The product you want to try or your money refunded back to you in full.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from ReinCBD.com.
